DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be delivered through our delivery service partner from Bebetummy HQ in Damansara Perdana to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on our business days ONLY (Tuesday – Sunday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within the time selected in the order after order verification and payment approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be able to receive the item and a VALID phone number, otherwise, the item will be returned to us.
Orders are shipped within Klang Valley area only, within our delivery partner’s serviceable areas.

Items to be returned must be within seven (7) working days and be in the original condition.
Goods that have been sold and arrived in GOOD CONDITION to the customer cannot be exchanged.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
